Recently, a number of ag lawyers around the country were in Washington, DC for the American Agricultural Law Association.  As luck would have it, the US Supreme Court scheduled oral argument in County of Maui v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund, a Clean Water Act case that could have major impacts for agriculture.  You know I jumped at the chance to go listen!

Today's episode features four ag lawyer friends of mine who all attended oral argument that day sharing their impressions of seeing oral argument at the Court, the arguments, and their predictions for what the Court's opinion might look like.
