Luke Ellis is back! In our last episode, we talked through the recent Texas Supreme Court decision in Hlavinka v. HSC Pipeline. Today, we turn to the Texas Supreme Court decision in Miles v. Texas Central Railroad in a case deciding whether Texas Central has the lawful right to condemn for the proposed high speed rail between Dallas and Houston.
