Bart Fischer is an ag policy big wig, so we were thrilled to have him on the show to give us an overview of the recently announced Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CRAP) program. Bart give us a great rundown of the program, the various provisions, and some of the issues or questions that have arisen so far.
