We're talking about a topic that is important to the agricultural industry: the H2A Agricultural Guest Worker Program. Texas A&M alum and attorney Kyle Farmer practices in this area and is here today to help discuss the scope of the program, requirements to qualify, and the steps that must be taken in order to obtain approval. We also discuss the importance of this program to US agriculture, and some of the limitations of the current program. Finally, we wrap things up by briefly discussing a current bill in Congress that would do away with the current program and create a new H2C program.
